A gradual implementation of the optimisation project using the developed software tools

The whole optimisation project as well as the software tools development fully depend on a particular customer's environment and are highly personalised and tailored to the particular customer's infrastructure needs.

An optimisation project consists in the environment rationalisation, and it is achieved with the help of the auxiliary software tools that allow the design and implementation of the optimisation project. Those tools are also utilised for the management system creation to maintain the results of the optimisation in time. The optimisation is achieved gradually through multiple design and implementation steps that might also be parallelised to speed up the optimisation process. The tools help to determine where and what resources need to be optimised. We make sure to make evidence of all the involved in a change services to plan the service downtime, if necessary, and to supply the confirmation of the achieved saving results as part of the implementation control process.
